As someone from the technology field I also appreciated some of the technological features; pre-wired for cable, satellite, home networking and security. I was very impressed! Finally, but probably most importantly, was the quality of design and build. Small choices that were not always visible were important – like extra thick sub-flooring that was screwed in and not nailed – no squeaking floors, one of my pet peeves.
