Bryan Smith Homes was established in 1977 and after decades of fine home building and land developing, the company offers today’s home buyers originality, superb craftsmanship, and personal attention to detail that’s hard beat.

Bryan Smith Homes  has designed and built some of the finest residences in North Texas; including homes and developments in Dallas, Preston Hollow, Irving, Las Colinas, Grapevine, Grand Prairie, South Lake, Keller, Plano, Farmers Branch and on Richland Chambers Lake. Today, Bryan Smith Homes looks at home building as more of an art form than a way to earn an honest living. “Our goal is to design and build homes that are as true to the era of a certain style of architecture as possible”.  The company has built a wide verity of home styles including; 16th Century French Renaissance, Country French, Italian Villa, Texas Hill Country, Spanish Mission, Modern Contemporary, Traditional and Old World Classic.

Bryan worked hand-in-hand with his clients and Award Winning Architects and Interior Designers when first starting out, to ensure every thing was well planned out, but now he designs all of his new homes. “We spend countless hours tweaking our plans over and over, incorporating what four decades of home building has taught and provided, from a what works best point of view.”

From day one, Bryan Smith Homes has raised the bar in the home building industry, and it shows. “Our homes usually lead the appraised value of every subdivision we have ever developed, or built new homes in.” Over the years, Bryan has trained multiple personnel the business, and several of them are now running their own home building companies.”

“I love taking a piece of dirt and designing and building someone’s dream home on it. There is nothing more satisfying than to sit down with clients, after their home is completed, and make a special toast in honor of all the hard work that went in to designing and building their lovely home.”

In 1981, Bryan was elected to serve as a Director for the Irving Home Builders Association, which at the time had the largest membership within the National Home Builders Association. He was 22 years old, making him the youngest member to ever have served on that board. “It was an honor and a privilege to serve on that board”.

In 1983, Bryan Smith Homes became 1 of 4 finalist in the prestigious, Dallas Home and Apartment Builders Annual, McSam Awards for Best Product and Design- In the Mid Density Housing category. “We didn’t win the award, but we were honored to be included in the competition with 3 regional volume builders”
